Hi guys and thanks again for reading our blog.

Well this year we’ve got quite a shock in store for our customers…. wait for it!

Were going into manufacturing our own bouncy castles and inflatable’s for our hire fleet.

We’re trying to take manufacture and bespoke design to the next level by implementing as much hi-tech equipment as we can to the design process and covering it with bespoke airbrushed artwork such as below.

One of the big purchases is the Zundplotter 2500cv Digital Cutting Machine, this allows us to turn our ideas to life by cutting out any designs we come up with to scale and in full. Its a fantastic machine and really will bring our creations to life at the touch of a button.

Each item will be specifically tailored to suit our own requirements and we’ve already begun designing new products with some of the most up to date software in he UK.

This years will see bigger, better and bolder inflatable’s than ever before and we really do look forward to opening our doors to our customers at the end of March 2011.

Help us combat fraud!

Due to the number of spammers in Leeds & Wakefield trying their best to disrupt the honest reviews of innocent bouncy castle, sumo suit, rodeo bull, gladiator dual and general entertainment companies, we have launched our own independent review system which is logged with a privately hosted site, one that we do not have access to change information.

This software tracks individual IP addresses and allows us to block our competitors from leaving reviews. The main reason for founding this Guestbook was that Funbounce Entertainments have this week been approached by Google and informed that we were receiving an unnatural level of bad publicity from one particular IP address. Google advised us of the IP address and we traced it to one of our new bouncy castle & rodeo bull hire competitors. I think it would be very unprofessional to state which company did this but they know who they are and I hope my 4,000+ previous customers appreciate our services and not be put off by the spam reviews.

Hopefully the guestbook will provide us with information that our bouncy castle and rodeo bull hire customers might not be so forth coming with and give us an insight into what we’re doing right or maybe even wrong? Who knows? You could argue that it’s a great risk with us not having the power to edit it but at least only genuine reviews will be left whatever they might state.

Emergency Bouncy Castle Hire Service.

Funbounce Entertainments Launch’s there new bouncy castle hire emergency vehicle and receives great feedback from bouncy castle hire customers in Leeds, Wakefield, Bradford, York, sheffield and Huddersfield.

The vehicle is designed to take on last minute inflatable hire bookings at the drop of a hat, either due to the nice weather and someone deciding they’d like to hire a bouncy castle or someone being let down by another company.

We’ve also launched the new service so that if any of our own bouncy castle hire customers have a problem on day of inflatable we can sort out the problem either instantly over the phone or be there to sort out any situation personally in less than 1 hour. What’s more… in almost 75% of these situations we were able to react in under 30 minutes.

This is not to say that Funbounce’s inflatable’s are usually faulty or unreliable but unfortunately sometimes accidents do happen or the bouncy castles you have hired can be confusing to the untrained hirer, especially if you have opted for something a little more adventurous like the Noahs arc, bungee un, gladiator duel, wrecking ball laser maze hire or any other spectacular inflatable for that matter.

 Some problems we encounter are as simple as an obstructed air vent by garden leaves etc,  the misbehaviour of some of the children perhaps, or even a power surge in the house or an overloaded power socket by the DJ. All of which can spoil a party if not attended quickly and put right.

The new bouncy castle emergency vehicle received a massive thank you from two very recent bouncy castle hire customers who were let down on the morning of their hire by another bouncy castle hire company… on calling us we were able to take the inflatable slide hire and Bungee Run Hire out to them without a second thought and within 1 hours of the bouncy castle customer receiving the dreaded  “My Vans Broken Down Mate” or “The castles just this minute torn” telephone call from another company.

So far the success has been brilliant and something we hope to keep up with next season.

Fake Review Response to Familybounce – Bouncy castle hire Leeds

I’m not usually the type to write articles of this nature, However one of our new competitors familiebounce has been spreading rumours like wildfire and I must put an end to this nonsense.

The rumours started as a result of a bad review was left about the company on Google, The review states all kinds of mischievous allegations and I have to agree with familiebounce that they are right…The review, associated with someone called Jane is clearly a fake, too in depth, too speculatory and far too much homework has been done for it to be genuine.

I would urge the author to withdraw the statement as it may have adverse effects on myself too, Although you may not care much for familiebounce, I’m sure was not the intension to get myself caught up too. I am well established in the bouncy castle & entertainment community and have made very many friends over the years. Hopefully you will read this and remove the comments about familiebounce in good faith.

If either myself or familiebounce find out who left the review, they will be reported to the appropriate authorities and familiebounce have made it clear that the spammer will be prosecuted.

Where does Funbounce Entertainments - bouncy castle hire fit in I hear you ask???

Well for one, familiebounce believe either myself or jacks castles left the review Where the confusion lies is that in the absence of a compulsory Google maps and Google location verification tool, anyone and i mean ANYONE can register a company to display online regardless of whether it exists or not, which is one of the main reasons Google search results are becoming more & more inaccurate…

What we do is, along with at least 2 other hire companies we know is police the maps ourselves and report, delete or edit any listings that are unverified and spoof.

Unfortunately familiebounce had one or two of these apparently spoof listings and as such were caught up in our monthly policing work, However familiebounce have admitted that they are spoof and removed one of the listings themselves. 

If the listings were true & verified then they would not be advisory listings and publicly editable and as such We have done nothing wrong, I just hope that our customers understand this logic and listen to the views of our 4,000+ customers, not the 6 month old familiebounce.

Despite the maintenance work we carried out not being illegal or breaching any rules, regulations or codes of practise, An official apology has been send to Family bounce for this mix up, however the owner of the company has decided to use this apologies as ammunition instead which is unacceptable.

The owner of familiebounce believes the original bad review to have been written by someone from funbounce, which is of course untrue and despite having no proof and being advised of the innocent nature surrounding the mix up, they continue to place doubt on our 8 years 100% feedback reputation, which is a little upsetting.

 All communications between ourselves and familiebounce are also missing from any blogs or articles, creative media or what???
